With the release of Freedom Must Be in 2012, PFC showed their diversity in weaving effortlessly through reggae, world, hip hop and soul music. In 2014 Preach Freedom and Connect released a self-titled EP with 7 fierce reggae tunes. Preach Freedom’s “cool fire” style makes songs like “If You Don’t Know” and “Love What You Do” instant classics. Front man Preach Freedom is no stranger to the stage or sharing it with international recording stars and Grammy winners like The Goo Goo Dolls, Derek Trucks, Burning Spear, The Wailers, Richie Havens, Mickey Hart and Planet Drum, The Roots, Gang Starr, The Allman Brothers, William Parker, Dwyane Dolphin, Maurice Brown and the list goes on. During 2012-2013 Preach was busy recording on Grammy winner Alex Bugnon’s Harlem CD, legendary Poogie Bell’s Suga Top CD and Rusted Root’s The Movement. In addition to recording with Rusted Root he has toured with them since 2007 as their drummer, percussionist and background vocalist.
